The T Series CNC Turning Lathe is engineered for high structural strength, excellent static and dynamic rigidity, and reliable machining performance. Its mechanical structure, guarding, cooling, and safety systems are designed to meet the demands of precision and efficient production.<\/p>\n

The machine features a high-strength cast iron construction, an integrated bed-and-base design, and inclined guideways for enhanced rigidity and machining stability. The high-precision, large-bore spindle incorporates an anti-vibration design and is driven by a wide-range AC spindle motor, providing stable and responsive performance across a broad range of machining applications.<\/p>\n

Critical components, including spindle bearings, feed screws, and screw-support bearings, are sourced from internationally recognized brands to ensure long-term reliability, precision, and durability.<\/p>\n

The machine is equipped with a multi-station CNC turret featuring continuous indexing, short tool-change paths, high indexing accuracy, and fast indexing speeds. This reduces non-cutting time and improves overall machining efficiency.<\/p>\n

The T Series can be configured with FANUC Oi-TD, GSK980TOi, GSK988T, or other leading domestic and international CNC control systems according to customer requirements. High-quality hydraulic components, lubrication units, and chucks from reputable domestic and international suppliers are selected to ensure reliable operation and long service life.<\/p>\n
