Machine Construction & Key Features<\/p>\n

The machine bed, worktable, column, crossbeam, saddle, and ram are all manufactured from high-strength cast iron using resin sand molding. The castings undergo thermal and vibration stress-relief treatments to ensure excellent thermal stability and vibration damping, while providing high resistance to bending and torsional deformation.<\/p>\n

The machine is equipped with a high-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity spindle unit, offering excellent axial and radial load capacity. The precision spindle assembly is servo motor driven, providing stable operation and reliable machining performance.<\/p>\n

The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with high-precision, high-strength ball screws and an automatic lubrication system, enabling fast, smooth, and reliable axis movement. The Z-axis features a nitrogen counterbalance system to improve axis stability and positioning performance.<\/p>\n

The machine is fitted with a fully enclosed perimeter guarding system, providing a safe, reliable, and clean operating environment.<\/p>\n
