Each machine undergoes rigorous inspection using laser interferometry and ballbar testing, followed by machining tests with standardized test pieces to verify high-speed and high-precision machining performance. Optional roller-type linear guideways are available to further enhance overall machine rigidity. The combination of high speed, high precision, and high rigidity delivers excellent machining stability, load capacity, and productivity.

The three-axis high-speed linear guideways are paired with a rapid tool-changing system to provide efficient and precise machining performance. Positioned between a drilling and tapping center and a large machining center, the machine combines the productivity, machining capability, and cost advantages of both machine types. It is particularly well suited for high-speed precision machining of small- and medium-sized molds and components, while providing extended axis travels, increased load capacity, and a larger machining envelope.
