Roller-Type Linear Guideways The machine is equipped with roller-type linear guideways, providing exceptional rigidity and high load-bearing capacity. This design significantly improves positioning accuracy and load capacity during X-, Y-, and Z-axis feed movements, ensuring stable performance under heavy-duty machining conditions. * Belt-Driven Spindle System The spindle pulley is connected to the pulley of the CNC servo spindle motor via a high-performance belt drive, providing reliable power transmission and stable spindle operation. * High-Speed Automatic Tool Changer The machine can be equipped with either a gang-type tool post or a horizontal/vertical multi-station CNC tool turret, depending on the machine configuration. The short tool-change time helps reduce non-cutting time and improve overall machining efficiency. * Flexible Workholding Configuration According to application requirements, the upper end of the spindle can be configured with a disc-type worktable or hydraulic chuck. A rotary hydraulic cylinder can be installed at the lower end of the spindle to provide secure workpiece clamping or to actuate the hydraulic chuck. * Flexible CNC Control Options The machine can be configured with domestic CNC systems such as GSK (Guangzhou CNC), KND (Beijing Kaindl), and GTC (Chengdu Guangtai), or equipped with an international CNC control system according to customer requirements.
